**This story occurs between Dog with a Bone and Heir of the Dog**

When a fae boy goes missing, all evidence points to a warg being responsible for the crime. Thierry is called to lead the hunt for the rogue, but the closer she gets to locating the boy, the further she gets from the truth.

Dog Days of Summer takes place between Dog with a Bone & Heir of the Dog. It’s a fast-paced action packed novella. I devoured this adventure from the first to last page.

In this one Thierry is still very young and not very experienced at being a Marshall yet, so the cases she can choose are limited. We get to see Thierry in action, doing her thing to find a missing chicken thing, help Shaw find a kidnapped or missing boy and find a rogue Warg; before things get way out of hand.

The Black Dog series is a fabulously fun and entertaining Urban Fantasy to read. The world is vast and the characters are fascinating.

Owner/Review and mind behind Angel’s Guilty Pleasures. However what I am not is a writer. I apologize now for the grammatical and punctuation errors I make, because I know I’m going to make them. I’m a mother, wife, dog owner, animal, and book lover. My favorite animals are horses. As for reading I love all things paranormal & urban fantasy. My favorite shifters are dragons!
