The Autumn Time Book Tag

Welcome to the first day of Autumn and what better way to welcome in the fall then to do The Autumn Time Book Tag. I found this tag on Life of a Female Bibliophile and she found it on Its You And Everything (link no long available).

Crunching Leaves: Choose a book with an Orange, Red, or Yellow on it.

I picked one of each color in books I’ve read.

Cozy Sweater: It’s cooled down enough to wear warmer clothing – What book have you read that gives you a warm feeling?

Any of the books I read; give me that warm feeling, but if your looking for that warm sweet feeling I’d have to go with Maisey Yates’s; Golden Valley series or Gena Showalter’s; The Original Heartbreakers series.

Fall Storm: The wind is howling and the thunder is roaring – What book do you read during this Autumn Storm?

Any Andrews book will do.

Cool Crisp Air: What book character would you like to trade places with?

Hmmm, who would I like to trade places with? That’s a tough one. I read Paranormal Romance, Urban Fantasy, & Romantic Suspense, so my characters are always in some type of dire situation that I wouldn’t like to be. I can’t pick!

Hot Apple Cider: What under-hyped book would you want to become the next big thing?

Patricia Briggs first time publishing books specifically the Sianim Series. I fell in love with Briggs through Mercy Thompson series and have been trying out her older titles. The audiobooks for Sianim are outstanding! From the author’s website: “Wolfsbane is a tightly-coupled sequel to Masques, and won’t make much sense by itself. Other than Wolfsbane, this is a loosely-woven series, and the books can be read in any order. They share the same world, but each book is a stand-alone story with its own cast of characters.”

Coat, Scarves, and Mittens: What is the most embarrassing book cover you own, that you’d like to keep hidden?

I don’t have any.

Pumpkin Spice: What’s your favorite Autumn Foods/Drinks?

I love Dutch Apple Pie; specifically made by the Amish. They know how to make pies.

I’d love to hear from you!
