Night's Honor

Night's Honor - Thea Harrison Re-Read May 2017 ~ Still same opinion as before.

~ 3 Night’s Honor Stars ~

Night’s Honor is book seven in the Elder Races series by [a:Thea Harrison|4443809|Thea Harrison|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1295634607p2/4443809.jpg] and can be read as a standalone, but I recommend reading in order.

Night’s Honor was an ok read, not as outstanding as previous books in the series.

We finally get to see the Vampire realm and how it works. So far Ms. Harrison has introduced us to the Wyr and Dark Fae realms and only a brief visits of the Vampire King in a previous installment.

I had a hard time keeping interested in this latest installment. It felt dull and slow going. I could not connect to the plot, story, or characters as I would have liked too. It had little action, from what I am use too reading in the series. The romance was sweet, but there where no surprises. The fear Tess initial has of Xavier and their time apart made it hard to really feel the all consuming epic love that I’ve come to expect from the series.

Overall I enjoyed Night’s Honor and seeing how the Vampire’s work, but it is not my favorite in the Elder Race series.
